Note that we are still a new company and we do not offer regular or large payments to our staff yet! All of the company’s revenue is being used to pay server bills (monthly) and to promote our sites, games and Dboyz Interactive itself. If you do not have motivation without the money please do not even think of applying for a position here. All of our currently employed staff are more than happy working here just for the satisfaction of creating and running a business which is due to generate a reasonable amount of income in the future.

Technical Administrator
What you do
- Help manage our systems (servers, software, logs etc.)
- Help ensure a maximum security environment (firewalls, windows security etc.)
- Work with the Admin Team (server management, updates, promotions etc.)
- Work with the GM Team and the games (team management, game events etc.)
- Working with Customer Support is optional (not compulsory)
- Act as a leader, you are in the Administration Team.
- Providing guidance, direction and support to Game Masters to ensure tasks are accomplished and schedules are achieved on time.Required Skills

Junior Administrator
What you do
- Help with our websites and forums (management, updates, events etc.)
- Work with the Admin Team (promotions, advertising etc.)

- Customer Support is compulsory (Support Accounts & Emails)
- Act as a leader, you are in the Administration Team.

Game Masters
What you do
- Help manage and interact with the community. Players look up at you, they want events, they want fun. But remember to keep it professional, you must know what your role is here, you must know our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy well enough to be able to explain things if asked (eg: customer support enquiries).
- Organise regular events (eg: 2 events a day) and keep the players entertained and happy.
- Regular activity on forums (eg: announce events, chat, share stuff, play games, discuss, help with graphic related stuff such as signature requests).
- Act as a role model, such as following the forum rules. Remember that players look up to game masters.
- As a Game Master you are also a member of the Customer Support Team. This means you have access to our CS Email Server and Accounts. You must be able to read and reply to support emails professionally.Required Skills

- Test and document bugs, including investigating and documenting complex issues with regard to bugs, game exploits, trade and other potential issues.
- Address and resolve customer/player issues

- Organize and run events for the community of players
- Provide input on content driven events, updates, and future enhancements
- Monitor game servers to ensure stability and fair game play
- This is a customer service position, so previous experience in some fashion is highly desired
- Proven ability to prioritize and take initiative when appropriate and necessary
- Adaptability- proven experience in excelling in environments that are constantly changing
- Knowledge and passion for MMOs
- Proven ability to learn quickly and “hit the ground running”
- Good computer skills

Forum Moderators
What you do
- Manage the community active on the forums, act accordingly to our forum rules and moderate the forums.
- Manage events on the forums such as polls, gfx contests, game tourneys etc.
- Keep the forums nice and clean, but more importantly, the community happy and entertained.
- Act as a role model, such as following the forum rules.
- As a Forum Moderator you are also a member of the Customer Support Team. This means you have access to our CS Email Server and Accounts. You must be able to read and reply to support emails professionally.Required Skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
- Excellent written communication skills in english
- Reading and posting to official forums, external forums and Web sites
- Delivering regular community feedback reports
- Moderating message boards to ensure that messages stay on topic and adhere to the code of conduct.
- Assisting in the development of Web content that the community is most interested in viewing.
- Supporting events, out-of-game, such as conventions, contests and developer chats.
- Supporting customer service efforts to inform customers of known issues and providing additional online support coverage when necessary and writing game documentation and release notes for game updates.
- Establishing and maintaining a creative and productive environment through effective team communication.
- Previous experience moderating online communities through forums, Web sites and other platforms.
- The ability to communicate and comprehend technical topics clearly.
- A proven ability to take initiative and be proactive.
- A passion for online games and an understanding of MMO games and the market.
